Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Mavrik Studio collects on marvikstudiotech.com and as part of its services, why, how it is stored and protected, and what your rights are.
Information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017, and other applicable law.
What we collect
Information you give us
- When you pay on the site: full name, email and phone, the package chosen and how you pay (in full or on the installment plan).
- When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the contact form: the details and message you choose to send.
- During a project: the materials and information you provide to build the site — texts, logo, images, business details, and access needed to launch it.
Payment information
Card details are entered only on the secure payment page of the payment processor PayPlus; they never reach us and are not stored by us. From PayPlus we receive the transaction details we need — such as amount, date, number of payments, approval and the contact details you entered.
Technical information
- The site’s hosting servers (Netlify) log standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — for operation and security.
- The site stores only preferences in your browser (localStorage): the language you chose, and whether you turned animation off. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking tools or social-media pixels.
- The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of the request.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you ordered — to plan, build, deliver and support your site.
- To process payments, send confirmations and receipts, and handle cancellation and refund requests.
- To answer your enquiries and questions.
- To meet legal obligations, such as bookkeeping and reporting to authorities.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse and fraud.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or pass it on for advertising.
Marketing messages
We will not send you advertising messages (by email, SMS or WhatsApp) without your explicit consent, in accordance with section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982. Even if you consented, you can ask to stop receiving them at any time. Service messages about your project or payment are not advertising.
Storage and security
- The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Card details do not pass through our servers and are not stored by us.
- The access keys for the payment processor are kept in a protected server environment and are not part of the site’s code.
- Access to information is limited to the people who need it to provide the service.
We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against intrusion or unauthorised use.
How long we keep it
Information is kept as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for — providing the service, support and handling enquiries — and for the periods required by law, for example for bookkeeping. After that it is deleted or kept in a form that does not identify you.
Your rights
- Right of access — to receive the information about you that we hold (section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
- Right to correction and deletion — to ask us to correct or delete information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the law).
- Opting out of marketing — at any time, if you agreed to receive it.

Minors
The services and purchases on the site are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors for purchases.
Updates to this policy
